1. What areas do you cover?
Our Office is based in Sutton, but we cover all areas of London.

2. Is the company insured?
Yes, we have a full commercial insurance with Glemham.

3. What are your hours of operation?
8am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays.
9am to 3pm on Saturdays.

4. How do I go about getting a quotation for my work?
You can either email us on office@goodbuild.co.uk, or give us a call on 020 8644 0634 . We are always pleased to help and happy provide you with all quotations.

5. How much do I pay for a quote?
We prepare all our quotes free of charge!

6. What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
Useful information to help us give you a quick and correct quote is firstly a breakdown of the work involved, such as working drawings, a schedule of works and any contract particulars you may have. This will enable us to prepare an initial price. For the more accurate estimates, we will organise a meeting with you on site to see the property and assess the work involved from there.

7. What do I do when I have architect drawings?
You can forward any architectural drawings to us and we will let you know an initial estimate. We will then organise a site visit to run through the work invloved. We will be in constant open communication with you to ensure that we deliver exactly what you want.

8. Can you help me if I do not have architectural drawings?
We are a building company so we do not prepare the drawings ourselves, but we do work with number of architects, and we can direct you to someone who will provide you with quality plans to fit your budget.

9. What if I am not happy with the finished job?
We take great pride in all our work and have built a successful reputation over the years. Due to the quality of workmanship we offer building guarantees. Of course there will always be snagging works which will be mutually agreed prior to the final completion, we allow 6 months for snagging and will always make sure that the finshed job is to your satisfaction.
